Which one is yours.
Three situations, three engagements, one set of relationships behind all of them.

01
For founders raising capital, or approaching an exit
Operating companies raising growth capital · founder-led businesses · founders preparing an exit
The outcome turns on who is in the room and how prepared you arrive. We map the investor universe before the first conversation, open it in your name, and advise the transaction as counsel. The work happens inside the business until the deal closes.
- 01
Capital Counsel
We advise the raise or the sale as counsel: the number, the structure, the terms and the story.
- 02
The Universe, Mapped Then Opened
We name every family office, sponsor and strategic acquirer that belongs in your process, and we open the conversations directly.
- 03
The Numbers Before the Room
What companies of your size and industry actually raised, who placed that money and at what commission, and what lenders mark companies like yours at, read from the filings against your own numbers.
- 04
The Function Built Inside
Where growth is the gap, senior operators build the pipeline, the process and the systems inside your business, and train the people who will keep them.

02
Tell us your mandate.
Family offices · private equity · venture and growth · sell-side advisory
Your year is decided by proprietary flow, and the conversations worth having start before a banker is retained. Tell us your mandate, and we point the Desk at your lanes and bring you the founders who fit it. You see them with the read already done.
- 01
The Field Read
The Desk reads every private raise filed with the SEC, every fund close, every mandate and every senior move in your lanes, and we write it up for you each week, sourced and dated.
- 02
Origination in Your Name
We open conversations with founders and operators against your criteria before a process begins, and hand you the ones worth your time.
- 03
Companies Raising, Screened
The companies raising from your class of capital that come through us are put in front of you first, with the read already done.
- 04
Standing Counsel
A principal on call across the engagement for the questions between meetings: a mandate, a term, a counterparty, a decision the calendar will not wait for.

03
For firms that sell to capital.
Fund administration · audit and tax · technology and data · diligence · valuation · placement
The buyers are real and reachable, and the whole game is timing, which sits on the public record. We run your origination into the network from inside your firm, and time the approach to the movement in your lane. Where the relationship is ours, we carry the introduction ourselves.
- 01
Origination Into the Network
We run your outbound into family offices, funds and banks from inside your firm: the list, the message, the replies, the meetings, reported weekly.
- 02
The Mandate Movement
Registered funds state every year which providers they hired and let go, and private funds name theirs on Form ADV. We read the movement in your lane and time the approach to it.
- 03
Standing at Their Table
Introductions carried through our own relationships, where a cold approach would not be answered.
- 04
Senior Operators on the Pipeline
Your CRM, your tools, your numbers, held weekly, with the process documented and handed to the people who keep it.
What the Filings Cannot Say
Six functions ride in through every door.
Whichever door you come through, the same six stand behind the work: a deal team, sourcing, research, strategy, counsel between meetings and an operator inside the business. One principal answers for all of them.
Read Your Own Market Before We Speak
Say what you are working on. The Desk asks for what it needs, then reads the filings against your own numbers and shows its working.
What it costs, and where we stand.
The questions worth asking anyone you let this close to the business. These are our answers, and they read the same behind every door.
- What does it cost?
An engagement is scoped to the work behind your door and priced to it. Before it starts we agree the number and how it is paid: a fee, equity in the business, or a mix of the two. You know the full cost before we do any work.
- Are you on my side?
Yes. We sit on your side of the table in every meeting. We tell you what the numbers say your business is worth, even when that is less than you hoped. And if we do not believe we can move it, we say so on the first call and do not take the work.
- Do you invest too?
Where our conviction in a business is high, we take an equity position and go to work inside it. The operators, the systems and the origination go in with the money.
- Outbound, pipeline, and the people trained to run them
- Our own systems and AI, built on your accounts
- An equity position, screened against the investment methodology
- Never a lender, never a broker of debt

The conversation comes first.
Tell us the situation. We read it against the numbers and say plainly which door is yours, and whether one is. Sometimes the answer is no.
